WHAT WILL WE DO?
Let yourself be carried through the beautiful streets of Porto and visit the most famous wine cellar of the city.
Taste 2 glasses of wine (1 Douro and 1 green), 3 glasses of Vinho do Porto, and sample some typical "petiscos" (tapas). Enjoy an interactive tour about the history of Portuguese wines, learn about the many grape varieties and flavours, and get to know wine terms.
This exciting Wine Tour will take you to the best winery in town. Your expert guide will take you on an interactive tour of the history of wine on the peninsula. With the help of your guide, you will study a map of the Iberian Peninsula and learn about the main wine production areas, their history and much more.
We'll start at the oldest winery in Porto, for your first wine tasting. Tune your palate with a Rosé, a 5 year old Ruby, as well as a 10 year old Tawny wine. Continue your tour with a visit to 2 wine houses, enjoy a glass of Douro wine and a glass of Vinho Verde, accompanied by the traditional Portuguese ""petisco"".
