GENERAL TERMS AND/OR CONDITIONS
1.INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING the on-line and off-line booking services (hereinafter, and indistinctly, the services) of GRUPO FEEL THE CITY S.L. (formerly MULOCO S. C. A.), with registered office in Seville, C/Almirante Lobo n2, 4ºizq., constituted through a public deed granted before the Notary Public of the Andalusian School, Ms. Bárbara María Fabra, on June 1, 2015, and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Seville, in Volume 6034, Folio 37, entry 1 with page no. SE-105645, and C.I.F. A-28.027.944. (hereinafter, FTC), Tel. 666 394 500. The terms "You" and "User" are used here to refer to all individuals and/or entities that for any reason access www.feelthecitytours.com or use the services.
The use of these services will imply the full and unreserved acceptance, and validity, of each and every one of the General Terms and/or Conditions -which will be considered automatically incorporated into the contract signed with Feel the City Group, without the need for a written transcription of the same- contained in the latest updated version of these General Terms and/or Conditions.
2. SERVICE RESERVATION
The services booked through the web or through our physical operators are intended for the reservation of one or more tours in any of the cities where FTC operates. THE USE OF THESE SERVICES WILL IMPLY THE FULL AND UNRESERVED ACCEPTANCE, AND VALIDITY, OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE GENERAL TERMS OR CONDITIONS - WHICH WILL BE CONSIDERED AUTOMATICALLY INCORPORATED INTO THE CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGN WITH FTC, WITHOUT THE NEED FOR A WRITTEN TRANSCRIPTION OF THEM - CONTAINED IN THE LATEST UPDATED VERSION OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND/OR CONDITIONS.
Contracting procedure:
b1. Online tour booking: Once the charge (with card) corresponding to your reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. This email serves as proof of your reservation.
b2. Contracting a tour with a physical operator: Once you have charged (in cash or by credit card) for your reservation, you will receive a ticket per person confirming your reservation.
b3. Cancellation policy:
1. The User does not have the right to cancel the contracting of the Services because they are services related to leisure activities that foresee a specific date or period of execution,
** Under no circumstances will the tour be paid for due to incidents unrelated to Feel The City Tours.
***The information relevant to schedules and meeting points is that shown on the ticket purchased during the Free Tour or on the voucher purchased through web reservation.
Feel the city tour reserves the right to cancel any tour that does not reach a minimum of 5 people.
Note: whether for customers with a web reservation or a Free Tour reservation.
3. PROTECTION OF USERS' PERSONAL DATA BY FTC
The user of the on-line and off-line reservation services is voluntarily providing personal data (from now on Personal Data) and expressly and fully accepts without reservation that FTC will treat them in an automated manner and incorporate them into a file for the purpose of providing and offering its services, a file for which FTC is responsible and which is registered or registered with the competent authority.
Due to the characteristics of FTC's activity and services, and for the perfect development and achievement of its objectives, it is necessary to transfer personal data to third parties, including international transfers. Such transfers of personal data may be addressed to companies in the FTC Group and/or other interested third parties. FTC's services are not intended for minors, and FTC does not request or collect information about minors.
In addition, FTC may collect information through devices such as cookies or log files about its users' browsing of www.feelthecitytours.com. These devices are associated exclusively with a single user and their own personal computer. In this case, FTC will only use this information in its entirety to improve its services. Covid 19:
- If your travel plans have changed because of COVID-19, you can cancel your reservation with us by going to reservas@feelthecitytours.com and postpone it on the best date for you, this period being until December 31, 2021.
- To receive the credit voucher, you must do nothing. You will receive a message in the next few days where we will attach a credit voucher so that you can carry out your activity on the date that best suits you throughout the year 2021.
- The COVID19 credit voucher is transferable but not refundable.
- All these new policies are subject to change depending on the evolution of the world situation in relation to COVID-19.
